/ Book a Portrait.
1. DM me your preferred photo(s) on IG (@littleblue.by.jm) or fill in the Booking Request Form .
2. We'll discuss on the details to confirm paper size, selected photo, price, estimated completion date and etc.
3. You'll need to make a 50% deposit before the work begins.
4. Your slot will be reserved! You'll be asked to upload the original photo(s) to a shared link (to preserve the size and resolution of the image).
5. Sit back and stay tuned. I'll be working on your piece soon.
6. Once completed, you'll be informed. You'll need to make the remaining payment.
7. Your order will be carefully packed and delivered to you soon!

/ A Few Things to Know Before You Book.
Time Frame
Please book at least 1 month in advance, subject to availability. If all slots are full, you’ll be placed on the waiting list. Upon booking, an estimated start and completion time will be shared. Rush orders are not available.
Pricing & Delivery
Kindly get in touch for available sizes and pricing. Standard delivery within Malaysia is included. Local express delivery can be arranged. Rates vary by destination.
International shipping available.
Payment
A 50% deposit is required to secure your slot. Deposit is non-refundable unless I’m unable to complete the artwork due to unforeseen circumstances. Balance is payable upon completion before delivery.
Changes & Cancellation As each piece is hand-painted, changes and revisions are not available. All sales are final once completed. Returns are not accepted. Appreciate your kind understanding.
Style & Material
Semi-realistic watercolour pet portrait painting on 300gsm cold-press watercolour paper. By default, each piece comes with a white or light-toned backdrop unless specially requested.
Framing
All paintings are delivered unframed by default to minimize shipping risk. However, framing can be arranged with extra cost.
Progress
You’re welcome to request for progress updates to get a sense of how the piece is coming along. As soon as the portrait is completed, I will send a photo of the completed artwork.
Reference Photos
To do each piece justice, I work only from clear, well-lit, good-quality reference photos. Multiple images are welcome, as they help capture your pet’s features and personality more accurately. I reserve the right to decline requests if the references provided are not suitable.
