Behind
Littleblue

Hi there !
JM here. Nice to meet you.
β
I come from an architecture background and paint occasionally on weekends. Growing up, I attended art classes like many others. Although I don't have a formal art education, this hobby stayed with me all these years and over time, watercolour became my favourite medium.
"Littleblue" started as a little corner where I documented my artworks, long before I began painting pet portraits. My love for fur babies eventually inspired me to create them, especially because I never really had the chance to raise one myself. Over time, I began receiving commission requests, and that’s when I slowly started taking pet portrait commissions, bit by bit.
β
Painting pets brings together two things I love — art and fur babies, and nothing beats the feeling of seeing my clients’ reactions when they receive their paintings. Memorial portraits feel especially meaningful to me; they hit just so differently.
Somewhere along the way, Littleblue quietly grew into something more meaningful than I had ever expected. What began as a passion for illustration has grown into a creative journey dedicated to capturing meaningful moments through watercolour. I'm ever grateful for every kind soul I’ve met along the way; they’re a big part of what keeps me going. π€
